Well worth watching; I have been doing this for two weeks now. However last weekend was an absolute disaster when it came to eating all sorts of bad food.
Why is travelling and eating healthy so difficult?
I don't agree with the point that it is cheaper (maybe in the US but not in Australia) because healthy things are never cheap.
