I have just been lucky enough to be selected for the PlanBig advisory board to help guide the direction of PlanBig over the next 12 months.
I will have more to say about this as it progresses and is something I would like to share through this blog as the potential for positive change through this emerging platform is unlimited at this point.
I have a couple of plans up in the form of Social Energy Australia and Cyclefreo but what I am really interested in is how this can be used by communities and individuals to source expertise around their projects from not only Australia but the rest of the world.

One of the most daunting things about the really 'big' issues is that they simply seem 'too big' for a single person to tackle. As individuals, we can feel powerless to make much of a difference.
That's the thing about PlanBig. It can help bring about change because it gives you the ideal way to connect with people who are interested in the things you're interested in and are willing to jump in and give you a helping hand.
And because you're sharing your plan with an online community, it also has the possibility to evolve and grow and develop in ways you may never have thought possible.
